This original was inspired by my great-grandparents, who chose to be part of the historic effort to bring buffalo back from the brink of extinction. During President Theodore Roosevelt's administration, they added buffalo to their ranch in Julesburg, Colorado, joining a nationwide conservation movement that saved these magnificent animals.
